Feeling connected is at the very heart of everything I do; more connected with ourselves (so we can live a life aligned with our own unique wants and needs) more connected with others and more connected with where we live.
I believe in people and I believe in community. As a coach, I believe in human potential. We are all capable of so much more, especially when we work together.
I believe positive mental health is our basic human right, but sometimes we need a little support in finding it.
